"What is the point of Cahms"

Reading the other reviews on here I can see
I'm not on my own in my disappointment with Cahms. i would love to hear if anyone has found them of any help. I will be going through the complaints procedure as my son is destroying himself slowly and I have no way of helping him as Cahms are meant to be the only option.
