My little sister has been constipated for one whole week during which she only managed to empty her bowels twice, both after hours of crying. As we were concerned, we went to the GP---TWICE. All we got is the same medicine that was obviously ineffective so we decided to go to emergency on 14/08 as my sister vomited and was in obvious discomfort. We went to the emergency part of the hospital and got sent to the children's emergency in a couple of minutes. This is when everything starts. We wait 15 minutes for a doctor to call us even though noone was seemingly waiting for them. After a 15 minute diagnosing process we were told to wait(wait for it) 3 whole ours. Noone, absolutely noone else in the waiting room was in such a bad situation as she was. The doctor that diagnosed her was clearly shocked when they touched her belly as they even said "Oh my god", however the second doctor, which, not trying to denigrate or create a bad image about, but seemed in a rather joking and silly mood, told us that in fact my sister's tummy was "soft" and there is nothing to worry about as the medicine is starting to work ( medicine which we used for the past week and she only managed to empty her bowel twice). -To note, they did not even acknowledge what medicine she was given as they did not have any contact with the other doctor, which makes the affirmation that my sister's tummy was "soft" even more blatant and ignorant.
"1 And a half year old sister. Emergency wait..."
