"Wards B2, B3 & B6 cancer surgery and theatre staff"

About: Diana, Princess Of Wales Hospital

There's only one word that can describe the way patients (me in particular), are treated in the above areas and that is "excellent". From first being diagnosed and admitted to the hospital, I was treated with not only respect but kindness like you would only find at home. Before my operation, my specialist and anaesthetist, explained what was going to happen and all of my questions answered to my satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even though being busy was an understatement. After the event the doctors and nurses could not be any more helpful. After discharge the outpatients depth are just as helpful. The overall treatment I was given (and still do) is second to none and I can only say thank you to everyone from the admin staff through to my specialist (including the Soma Specialist Nurses).
