Today i attended Urgent care after my GP were unable to provide the care i needed after an operation.
I was very anxious about having my dressing changed as the previous day it had been extremely painful & distressing.
The treatment i recieved from the nurse was above standard, they took on board my concerns & made my experience so much better than i could have imagined. This nurse also went out of their way to help me with continuing care of my wound.
