"Praise of a&e department"

After coming in today with my very scared daughter. I just want to say how lovely the staff in a&e were. The person who gave us the number was great with an elderly patient whom they explained everything to and sat at her level and listened. This member of staff booked my daughter in at the desk. Finally the nurse who saw my daughter was just fantastic. I felt like a bit of a neurotic mother but they put me at ease, was great with my daughter chatted to her, told her what they were doing. I can't thank them enough for how good they were. An absolute credit to the profession. I would like this to passed on to them if possible yet I don't know their name
