"Visit to Helen Clark Suite"

I had an appointment today at the suite. I am usually referred to Coventry as my problem is recurring. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was helped by a team of lovely people who were kind and considerate, in an environment that was a pleasure. I made a point of mentioning the great service they offered but thought I would share with the trust as a whole. Luckily my treatment was routine, but anyone visiting the suite for more complex conditions can be assured of great service, care and consideration and a pleasant environment in which to be treated. So often people complain about the service so I wanted to praise the staff for the excellent and sensitive care I received today, thank you.
