"Thank you"

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent care I received last Friday (5th August) when I came to the Endoscopy department for a colonoscopy. The staff were obviously very busy but I was taken in for my appointment exactly on time, treated with the greatest of care and respect, and left the hospital 2 hours later with my results. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the building, the efficiency of the service and the kindness shown to me by the staff.

A scary procedure made very easy. Thank you.
