(as the patient),

Iris are very good. The staff listen to me. I will miss all of the staff as they are so friendly and caring.

I wouldn't want anyone else supporting me. I have got used to all of the staff and I will miss them all very much.

Staff have made me feel very good, and I feel heartbroken that they are now leaving me as everyone is very nice.
