"Life isn't so overwhelming now"

About: St Bernard's Wing / Eating Disorders (South East House)

(as the patient),

CBT has really made a difference to how I view myself and my self esteem. It has been massively refreshing to have someone listen to me and not judge me every week and challenge me. I feel so much better now I have the right tools and techniques to deal with the problems I still face. Life isn't so overwhelming now, because of the way my thinking patterns have changed. Thank you for your services! !

Meet with patients who may have an eating disorder to see if we can help them. Then try to help!
