I would like to thank all medical staff and nursing staff....on Shaugh Ward for the excellent care my son received over the last three weeks. After a life changing accident the excellent care he received from accident and emergency also. In in this day and age it's so easy to be critical....we are just amazed at the quality of care my son received. Thank you every one involved in his care .

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your recent experiences of the care your son received from the medical and nursing on Shaugh Ward.  As we make every effort to provide the highest standard of care and treatment at all times, it was so lovely to read your positive comments on the excellent care and praise you have given to our staff.

I will ensure a copy of your post is shared with all of the teams including our Emergency Department. Comments of support and thanks are so important to our staff and I know they will be very grateful to read your positive comments.
