Arrived at A&E at 9.55 today with elderly father, he was seen quickly and efficiently by all the staff and by 12.30 when we departed he had numerous tests and condition explained fully. At 2.30 he received a call to explain his blood results. This is a first class service. Well done Sunderland Eye Infirmary and all staff including security.
