After being placed in a much larger room to give and confirm information about my injection, I was then taken to a very small room that was over crowded and also freezing cold, with hardly any staff to find near by I had to adventure just to find someone to ask for the aircon to be turned down after I was freezing cold in there, only to find that there was nobody in the room I was previously in a far more comfortable environment than the waiting room I have been sitting uncomfortably in. Due to the aircon being on so high not only was I very tense for my injection I also had a terrible headache from sitting for 2/3 hours in this closet like room. With no updates on how long the injections were going to be and how far delayed they were I had such a terrible feeling about my day today.
