About: Herts & Essex Community Hospital

I had to visit Herts and Essex hospital for a blood test this week and was impressed at the efficiency of the service. There were 12 people ahead of me but I was still seen within 15mins with two nurses on duty. The nurse was polite (if not chatty) and the blood test was the quickest and least uncomfortable I have experienced for a while. They were so quick I actually asked if they had taken all the blood they needed! They didn't make small talk but tbh I'd take speed, skill and efficiency over that any day. Very satisfied.
