I have been very impressed with the treatment I received at a and e (long wait 4 hrs) but when was seen by a lovely doctor and nurse they have been amazing referred me straight away for priority surgery and listened to my concerns. The doctor who initially saw me even came to see me in recovery after op and visit me later to check was ok even tho wasn't their surgery. The Somerset ward nurses are all fantastic so lovely and reassuring as well as very competent. I could not speak highly enough about the hospital and the staff here that I have encountered. Caring competent and diligent. Thank you
