(as the patient),

I have experienced no problems at all with regard to ordering and receiving the calshake powders. From ordering to receiving has never been over three days. The advice received from the dietitian has been very helpful with my particular problem. I am very thankful for the care and service given to me by the various sections of the NHS. My kind regards.
