"Shockingly bad"

About: Avon And Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust

Tried to access therapy, waited three or four weeks for an assessment, originally for agoraphobia and depression, but was told I had a personality disorder. I also was told I was not eligible for therapy at Greenlane and had to go back to IAPT. IAPT said I was too severe to be seen by them and they would only be able to offer four sessions of CBT. I have been told to attend the IAPT group courses and take medicaton, when I would really just like a talking therapy such as DBT. The service is shocking
