"we were left in waiting room for ..."

What could be improved

we were left in waiting room for 3 hours after being told to come straight over. my wife was in a lot of pain and there was no consideration taken to how she felt about being left in the waiting room. the doctor that eventually came to see us then had to arrange another doctor to come and examine my wife which took another hour. there seemed to be no concern from any of the nurses to check if we were ok or not. the only nurse that came to see us was the first nurse that saw us when we came in, they came back after about half hour and took blood pressure and checked breathing. they did not at any time check address or date of birth details. we could have been anyone. it felt as if we were treated like a number not a patient. when we finally got taken to the treatment room the floor was dirty and had wrappers all over it, the whole room seemed dirty.

Anything else?

if asked to recommend a hospital for care i would not be able to recommend this one at all.
