"Poor organisation"

Doctors very good and efficient at my clinic appointment.Nurses not very friendly or happy to give time to explain anything to you- abrupt mannor.The hospital has clinics which are Identified by letter of alphabet- the appointment letters do not have this information In them so had to ask someone where the clinic was- this is poor management. Also my appointment letter had incorrect telephone contact number- I was told that this and the clinic appointment alphabet Information problem has been pointed out to managers before but has not been acted on
