I was very satisfied with my journey through the breast care pathway on the 2 week wait as I was given an appointment within 2weeks and on the day the process was slick and as a result although stressed by the fact I had a lump I was glad the procedures were not painful.

I had never had a mammogram or a biopsy before but the doctor was extremely pleasant and the needle to numb the area did not hurt and the instrument that takes the samples sounded only like a stapler.

My results were great news as it was a cyst.

If it had not been such a good outcome I still think the team at Kingsmill would have been very supportive in the journey to find a good outcome.
