I attended Burton A&E this morning for a suspected broken 'pinkie' finger. All staff I saw and spoke to, (A&E Reception, A&E Sister/Charge Nurse/ X-Ray reception/Radiographer were all very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I have not been to hospital for quite a number of years and so all my details had to be updated on the system, yet being 'booked in', triaged, x-rayed, diagnosed, treated and follow-up arranged was all completed within about 45minutes. What an incredible service & Team!!!
