About: Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre

I cannot praise this hospital highly enough. The standard of care was absolutely excellent, the staff were all polite, friendly and very professional. They listened to my concerns, as it was to be my first operation. i had every confidence in them and the whole experience went very smoothly. I thank each and every one of the staff for looking after me so competently and I would recommend the treatment centre to anyone who has to have an operation there.

At Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment centre we aim to provide a high quality, individualised patient focused service ensuring every patient is treated with the care and respect they deserve and it was lovely to hear that you have been satisfied with our efforts. We understand that admission to hospital can be both a frightening and daunting prospect, especially when it is 'the first time' and believe that clear and careful communication is the key to establishing good rapport to allay those fears and make a potentially traumatic experience a positive one.
