"Wonderful service"

I attended the Outpatients Department without an appointment as my own GP was unable to reach/remove a foreign body in my ear.

On arrival, I explained the situation to a very nice member of staff and after waiting for them to confirm the situation with my GP's surgery, I was treated by the consultant and the foreign body was painlessly removed.

I was very impressed with the courtesy and service I received.
