Efficient service in Pathology
What could be improved
I was very surprised (and a little offended) to be addressed by my Christian name when my turn came to be called forward for my blood test. This was done in front of a room full of people I did not know. I don't know where this practise of over-familiarity with complete strangers has come from, but I found it uncomfortable. Can I politely suggest that your customers should be treated with a bit more respect? (PS Otherwise the staff and service were very good.)
