"Dislocated shoulder"

I had the misfortune of slipping in the shower at home on Thursday 4th August (my birthday).

The ambulance arrived very quickly and the two medics treated me efficiently and with great care.

They also made sure I had adequate pain relief before taking me to Pilgrim A & E.

At the A& E I was dealt with promptly even although they were very busy. The shoulder was put back effortlessly by the orthopaedic doctor (after I was given a big dose of gas and air!). I cannot praise my treatment from start to finish more highly.
