"very poor hospital"

The hospital has a real problem with communication.

The staff do not give good information either to the patients, family or each other.

A failure of communication in A&E could have led to my son suffering life changing consequences.

I would, however, commend the nurse who recognised the potential harm and took immediate action.

Since that point things went downhill with many more failures - too many to enumerate here, including the time after he was transferred to a ward.

In addition the visitor toilets are the most disgusting I have everccome across in a hospital anywhere.

I first came across them at 3am and they were no better the following afternoon.
