"Lovely staff and great service"

After calling Stroud hospital at 1.30am Saturday 6th August 2016 because my partner got a catch scratch across his eye, we were treated brilliantly. We were seen by a lovely and friendly nurse who straight away put us at ease and took our details. They went to get a doctor to take a closer look and my partner was given a quick examination and cream for the eye within 15 minutes of us arriving. There is far too much negativity about the NHS so I wanted to leave this to prove that there are positives. Cannot thank the staff enough and although it wasn't a serious injury we were most grateful for their time and kindness.
