Overall very impressed with the quality of service offered here. For a minor injury I was seen by 2 doctors, X-rays taken and follow up with a nurse - the whole process took 1 hour 40 mins. The staff in the UTC are the main reason I wanted to leave a review, they were fantastic. The consultant was very professional, listened to what I had to say and explained everything very clearly. As they showed me my X-ray they were also training a junior doctor. Their wealth of experience was clear and it was lovely to see this being shared. The nursing staff were also really good. They gave great follow up advice and made me smile.
