Ive not needed A&E for 40 years.

I really don't want receptionists combing their fringe whilst Im trying to talk to them

Thank you for this feedback about our Emergency Department staff. I am grateful you have taken the time to share your experience so we can address it accordingly.

I will ensure this comment is fed back to the staff involved so we can ensure other patient’s don’t get greeted in this manner when they access our urgent care services.
