Overall a good experience. I was seen in 20 mins and the triage nurse was fantastic. The nurse assessed the injury thoroughly and gave great advice. This nurse was really kind and made me smile even though I was in pain. My only complaint is the reception staff, they got several details I gave them wrong, including my name, which made it complicated for the triage nurse.
