"Asking for support"

About: Wakefield House

(as the patient),

Phoned access team on on Friday morning and got a call back an hour laterexplained that I was struggling with emotions and that I required help, was told that a certain cpn would call me back, this never came to fruition and I have currently been left all weekend with NO SUPPORT whatsoever, I am struggling immensely and feeling suicidal, and I have no support, I wonder what will it take for a catastrophe to happen.

Dear llo971

I am very sorry to hear that you did not receive the telephone call that was offered, and that you feel you have no support during what appears to be a difficult and distressing time for you.

There may be a number of reasons as to why you did not receive a call from the CPN and I would like to take steps to try to reduce the likelihood of this happening again.

If you would like to contact me via my secretary on the number provided below I will ensure that your concerns are fully investigated and actions are taken to improve mental health services for yourself and others who may be experiencing similar difficulties
