"Care at Monkland hospital"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department University Hospital Monklands / Pre Admission Assessment

(as the patient),

I was sent to Monkland a&e by the out of hours doctor with an unknown abdominal problem. From the first moment in the hospital the caring attitude of the staff was fantastic. Having previously experienced care in hospitals in the south of England I could see a contrast in the approach. I was transfered to ward 4 and the same attitudes were present.
