"Very good care"

I have attended this hospital many times to see a consultant, have physio and for acupuncture. I cannot fault the care I have received and still receive. The one point I would like to make is - why do they send a letter out with details of my appointment each time I visit for acupuncture when I make the appointed at reception before I leave. It is a waste, when we all appreciate the need to cut down on administration and costs.
