"Excellent care"

Visited A&E with an elderly friend who'd had a late night fall resulting in head injuries. All the staff, from the paramedics who first attended through to all at the A&E: nurses, reception, porters, doctors and the MRI and X-Ray dept were excellent under pressure from the usual constant stream of patients moving through the department. I observed respect & kindness alongside efficiency in the care given to my friend and also to all other patients in the department whilst they underwent treatment. Thanks to all and absolute respect for your professionalism.
