"Very positive experience"

Elderly father with memory issues was seen at the eye clinic same day as referral from optician. Staff from cleaners, receptionist, nurses and Dr all cheerful and friendly and treated my Dad and his anxious family with respect and understanding. The atmosphere in the busy waiting room reflected the positive attitude of all of the team on duty. Care was excellent . A credit to the hospital and the NHS.
