"I cannot believe some of the complaints ..."

What I liked

I cannot believe some of the complaints made here ,I was in for nearly a week and have nothing but praise for the doctors , nurses and general staff for the care I received whilst I was there , I was always well informed of what was happening , we " the patients " even remarked on the cleaning lady " how hard she worked , she never stopped and never missed a thing , Do people realise its a hospital not a 4 star hotel ? I thought it was both .once again thank you for all the care and attention I recieved .

What could be improved

The food , only had yoghurt , custard and soup , but then I had a jaw that was broken in two places ,that was all I could eat. so certainly no complaints
