About: Ealing IAPT

(as the patient),

I self-referred to Ealing IAPT due to a relapse in anxiety and depression. I had received IAPT before in a different region and was familiar with the process.

I was extremely happy with the short waiting time before being seen and blessed to have been allocated such a brilliant practitioner, Zsofia.

Zsofia has an innate ability to communicate sensitively and attentively which makes her able to quickly build strong rapports with her patients and therefore allows her o better understand the nature of the mental health issue(s). Her confidence in setting clear strategies and goals and her skills in assessing progress instil confidence in the therapy, the therapist, and the patient.

As a result of her care I am confident in my ability to recognise and prevent relapse.

Thank you very much for giving such valuable feedback on your experience at Ealing IAPT. I am very pleased to learn that you found the service, and especially Zsofia's input, incredibly helpful. I will make sure that she gets this lovely feedback.

I am certain that many more patients are very familiar with the real threat of a relapse of their anxiety and depression symptoms. It is very reassuring to learn that you have managed to find a way to recognise early symptoms and deal with it more effectively.
