"Clinic feedback"

I had my blood tests done at this clinic, before this I had a bad expierence elsewhere when having bloods done but the phlebotomist I saw reassured me and also phoned up the biology departments to make sure I was going to be tested for other viruses that my doctor didn't put on my sheet. The phlebotomist was very thoughtful and caring and made sure I was okay throughout the whole process and saw my partner quickly too as he was very unwell and needed his blood cultures done too. They gave us water and offered us chocolate and was very considerate. A great asset to your surgery!
