"Outstanding care at Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre"

I recently underwent spinal surgery at this hospital. My previous visits had been pleasant experiences, apart from occasionally running late, and nowhere near enough parking spaces for the size of the hospital. All the staff involved in my care were great.

The atmosphere on both the wards I was on was friendly, caring and calm. I felt well looked after and was treated with respect. All procedures were explained to me in advance and, where relevant, I was offered options for my care/ treatment. All of this made quite a frightening and worrying time much less stressful. I would like to thank all the staff on HDU and ward D for their excellent, compassion. Thank you!
