"Still in agony and feeling unwell"

About: Royal Sussex County Hospital

I saw the orthopaedic department a few months ago to discuss my ongoing chronic lower back problems which stem from a serious injury called cauda equina syndrome and also other debilitating symptoms. But unfortunately I havnt got anywhere and am still unwell. I was offered 12 sessions of physio in Brighton but this not convenient as as I often find it hard to leave my house due to the extreme pain I'm in. And I never heard about them appointments anyway. I feel I need to be investigated further and get some sort of plan in place if possible please. I know how overstretched the NHS is I appreciate that but surely its not right to leave somebody feeling so unwell and in so much pain with no treatment plan in this day and age.
