"Pre-op assessment"

First time pre op assessment for me and on entering the reception were greeted by smiling helpful receptionist. After being seated for only a couple of mins was taken by a staff member who explained stages of the procedure, happy I left this stage to sit not long enough for the seat to get warm, when out came Nurse a bundle of professional fun, just what you need in hospital who explained everything about my pre op. I left after giving blood knowing exactly what to expect. Well done. A Team, Dream Team you really are angels.
