About: South Petherton Community Hospital

I was so very impressed by the service I received during a cataract operation I had on Monday of this week. Every member of the staff was extremely efficient, helpful & kind. I will go out of my way to recommend anyone choosing Shepton Mallet for his/her treatment. The after care so far with a telephone call to me to ensure was well is superb.

Whilst I am very pleased to hear of your positive experience, I can confirm that this procedure would have taken place in the Treatment Centre rather than the Community Hospital. The Treatment centre is not run by the Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, but rather by Care UK. I have however, forwarded on your comments to their staff.
