Tuesday 27th July i was taken in with chest pains and pain in my left arm. To be fair we were seen in about 10 minutes, but after that i was left, they took 1 ECG scan, I was then taken through to Majors (A&E) Blood test was taken but as they couldn't get it out of my right arm that tried again using the left then left for about 30 minutes still crying with pain and struggling to sit, Doctor was unhelpful, couldn't say what was wrong with me at all, just presumed i had eaten something. I was then put through to the majors area after waiting for an hour in total which the pain was getting worse, Paracetamol was given but that didn't work. Waited for 20 mins with the pain deteriorating, my father had to go find someone to see when id be seen and funnily enough i was next to be seen, they placed me on a bed, done some observations still not knowing, Went for a chest X-Ray then to be told the x-ray was fine. and sent away. After collapsing outside of the hospital it was then deiced that it was pretty serious by the majors. Surprisingly two consultants appeared to announce that showing on the X-Ray that there is fluid around my heart., (Shouldn't that be picked up by the Majors doctors to begin with?), took an echogram of my heart, then sent home, but they still dont know what is wrong? i havent heard from them at all or of a check up app being made?? Abismal service and no customer service at all..
