What I liked

I was welcomed to the ward & put at ease . My privacy was respected & I was informed about all aspects of my forthcoming procedures & care. Nothing was too much trouble for all members of the team who worked well together in a truly professional manner. All staff had time to discuss my care plan and welcomed my husband when he came to visit. The food was nicely presented , a good choice & all assistance given on order for me to manage my meals. Out patients is a joy after experiences elsewhere. Hassle free, welcoming and prompt. I am attending physiotherapy on a regular basis and again such exemplary staff. Caring, involving me in every step of my rehabilitation, never hurrying , and always encouraging. I sometimes feel progress is too slow , but I am always reassured & encouraged to continue with steady improvement, with good explanation as to why.
