What I liked

My wife was rushed into A&E here and I must say we were treated extremely well, very quickly and professionally by ALL staff, from receptionists, to nurses, porters, tea-lady and doctors. A huge credit to them.

What could be improved

I truly can't think of anything here. Our visit was only a few hours anyway.
