(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

There was a mix up with the appointment time and this had initially concerned the service user and carer as they felt the appointment might be more rushed.

After the appointment the feedback given to the Memory Assessment Service Nurse was that the consultation was: "Constructive and professional. We were put at ease and it was a pleasure to come"
