"Faulty hearing aid"

About: Worthing Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a relative),

My father is an in patient at Worthing Hospital and was having trouble with one of his hearing aids. I took the hearing aid to the Audiology Dept. on Monday afternoon. The Audiology Technician (I'm sorry not to have her name) was very helpful, she popped in a new battery and changed the tube and gave me advice as to what to do if this didn't work. Although this seems a small thing it is vital for effective treatment and care that Dad can hear what is said to him. Well done.
