About: Good Hope Hospital

I was taken to the A&E by Ambulance because of Atrium Fibrillation. A team of Doctors and Nurses were waiting for me. I was treated with great kindness, professionalism and respect. The medical team inspired trust and confidence.They explained the procedures necessary for me to regain a regular heartbeat and were very reassuring.I am very grateful to God for such dedicated personnel and will remember them in my prayers. I was also very impressed by the Sister in the C.D.U. who showed a real empathy with those for whom they were caring. May our good Lord continue to bless their healing hands, their compassionate hearts and their dedication.

I am so pleased that you were treated with care and emapthy throughout and that you felt well cared for.

I will ensure that your thanks and kind words are shared with the Clinical Lead for Emergency Services at Good Hope Hospital, as well as the Cardiology Team and they will communicate your feedback to all of the team involved in your care who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience in often difficult circumstances.
