About: Southend Hospital

visit to physio deparment for a frozen shoulder after advice from my doctor. Gave me exercises to complete which have not been successful. Was told to make another appointment if not improved. ive now been on the phone for over 30 minutes and need to return to work. Very unhappy with this service.
