About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

Thank you to all the staff involved in my surgery and care today. You were all so kind and reassuring and all so professional. Even the hike from ward 16 to day surgery and back was well managed and was better than being sent home due to no beds on ward 16 . So glad that I ended up coming under your care rather than my local hospital! The hospital itself has a lovely calm aura and this is also reflected in the staff who despite never stopping were cheerful and helpful. Due to previous issues today was very stressful for me but coped thanks to your staff.
