"car park"

About: Peterlee Community Hospital

The car park became pay and display in Jan there were no warnings and no warnings from the staff at the walk in. I took my 88 yr old grandad for a chest xray he can not walk, I parked in a disabled bay and put my badge in the window not even thinking it was pay and display. I then had to go back for another appointment 2 weeks later doing the same again with my disabled badge still not realising it was pay and display. 2 weeks after that I received 2 parking tickets on the same day. If I had received the 1st one in time I would of never have parked there a second time. I have appealed to parking eye who sent the tickets and they have refused my appeal. Its the residents near by I feel sorry for because its free to park on the near by streets.
